Tai’s Vitality is an amazing place! I look forward to my massages because I know it will be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff are professional, friendly and caring. I always feel so much better when I leave – and that feeling continues for days. I am especially impressed with their knowledge of anatomy and their expertise with suggestions on stretches and exercises that I can do to help myself strengthen muscles. I love this place!

I received a 30 minute head massage from Tai and it was absolutely delicious. I felt like it was the ‘dessert’ of massage – all the light and tingly sensations that you wish your therapist could spend more time on when you have a massage (but alas … gotta work out those muscles). I was so relaxed I slept like a baby angel when I got home. Tai is warm and professional: she made sure to check in with me several times to ensure I was comfortable and answered all of my questions with ease. I would recommend this service and Tai to anyone and everyone.
Very professional group of massage therapists. I have had massages by every team member and they all give a wonderful, therapeutic massage. I saw their newest therapist, Chad, for the first time a couple of weeks ago. He was very professional and gives a great deep tissue massage. I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis for over 3 months and he was able to help a lot with the pain. I still have it to some degree but its not nearly as painful as it was.
Tal’s vitality is the best massage clinic around! I saw Chad a few weeks ago for a massage and he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and skilled. He dealt with my sore back and I left after feeling great! Would recommend Chad 100%!!
